Eventstyling for TinadagXL 2013

Goodmorning! I would like to start this week with a blog post about the Tinadag XL. This is a dutch event from magazine Tina specially for girls from 8-14 years in park Duinrell (28-29 september). Since 3 years i'm working on this event together with my friend and eventstylist Sanne Bannink. Together we're responsible for the complete decoration of this event. Every year it feels like a party to work on this event while we're already starting in june with the first meetings. This year the Tina want to use a new theme : Aloha. So we want to restyle this parc into a tropical party with a lot of pink, flamingo's, palmtrees, pineapples and surfboards. We've been working on this event for a couple of months to arrange all the products, searching for sponsors and shopping all the styling together. 3 days before the event was about to begin, we've been working in this parc with a big team to build everything up. Here i want to show you some photo's from these days. Also i show you some photo's from the styling and the Tinadag weekend where 18.000 girls enjoying their Aloha day in the sun, the tropical atmosphere and ofcourse their favourite boybands!

At the moment you read this blog I'm styling the Tinadag event in Duinrell parc in Wassenaar. This weekend there will be a big tropical event called TinadagXL. For the last 3 months i've been working together with stylist Sanne to arrange everything for this event, we've been shopping all the products and till friday we will be doing the styling for the whole parc. Ofcourse I will post some photo's when we're finished.

Last thursday i've been to a book release from Happy Home in Nijhof Baarn, together with Christine ( House of C) and Marloes ( Things I love). Charlotte ( the owner of danish brand Rice) has written and styled this book and now the book has released in dutch. It was really nice to be here and to meet Charlotte. A colorful book full of nice tips to decorate your home with color in different ways. It's a inspiring challenge to restyle your home. I think you should take a look in this book, you'll love it!

House Doctor, award for the best looking stand on Maison et Objet 2013

My last blog after my visit at Maison et Objet Paris last week is about House Doctor. This Danish brand presents their new Moments collection 2013 beside their Everyday collection. Oh how I love these products and furniture. With a large productrange you can add some House Doctor vitamins in every room in your house and that's what makes House Doctor a good brand for me. When I want to use styling for a private home or photography I always think about the products of House Doctor. Because they have good basics but also every products has their own charm. When I was walking in this huge stand on the fair I saw some nice products I really like, and I would love to work with this products for some autumn and christmas shoots. ( Don't you think the coloured cushions and rugs are amazing!) Soon I'll tell you more about some nice d.i.y. and stylingcorners with this new products of House Doctor. And a really nice fact before you enjoy the photo's below, House Doctor won the award for best looking stand on Maison et Objet fair, congratulations! They deserve it! What do you think?

Maison et Objet 2013: Zenza

The stand from Egyptian/dutch company Zenza on the Maison et Objet fair in Paris was mindblowing! I already knew the sweet people from Zenza because i've worked with them before, it was really nice to see them again. What a great job they did with an amazing styling and good atmosphere they've created with their products. Playing arabic music ( I almost started dancing right there), wearing chic clothes and having a big smile on their face. I really feel the passion on that moment and that's what a good brand is all about. Zenza has been creating handmade products with artisanal techniques for more than 18 years and their collection is still growing. Styling van de Libelle zomerweek 2013

Afgelopen week was het weer zover, de opbouw van de Libelle zomerweek! Voor het vierde jaar help ik met een kleine groep stylisten mee aan de styling van de Libelle tenten. Alle Libelle tenten zijn ontworpen en geshopt door Kristel de Jong waarna de stylisten aan de slag konden gaan met de styling van de tenten, een waar feest! Het thema dit jaar is Brasil en hierbij horen vrolijke kleuren en feestelijke styling. In zeven dagen hebben we het Almeerderstrand omgetoverd tot een Braziliaans feestje waarvan deze hele week ( maandag 13 mei t/m zondag 19 mei) alle bezoekers van kunnen meegenieten. Ga jij ook? Aanstaande zondagavond gaan we alles weer afbouwen, op instagram deelde ik al wat foto's van de opbouw, maar wil jullie hier ook wat snapshots laten zien.
