Binnenkijken in een modern en vintage interieur in de Vtwonen

Ik deelde al eerder een foto op instagram van dit prachtige huis van Kirsten en Sander uit Vleuten. Zij wonen samen met hun dochter Livia in dit huis welke ik vorig jaar heb gefotografeerd. Dit huis staat nu in laatste Vtwonen (december) met een aantal foto's pagina groot, super trots! Het huis heeft net  een grote verbouwing gehad en dochter Livia kan inmiddels lopen. Interieurfotografie voor nieuwe winkel van Men at Work, Magna Plaza Amsterdam

De afgelopen maanden heb ik echt aan veel verschillende projecten gewerkt. Van styling en interieurfotografie voor verschillende merken en bedrijven, interieurontwerp én inrichting voor particulieren en een kantoor in Amsterdam. Maar ook ben ik veel aan het fotograferen. Zo werd ik een tijdje geleden benaderd door Store3D om in opdracht de nieuwe winkel Men at Work te fotograferen in Amsterdam. Store3D heeft in samenwerking met Mark Theeuwes de inrichting voor deze nieuwe winkel op zich genomen. Een prachtige geweldige ruimte in Magna Plaza waar een mooie combinatie van kleding en lifestyle wordt getoond. Stoere materialen, fijne styling en mooie lijnen. Neem maar even een kijkje! Het is een wens om een keer een winkel of restaurant te mogen inrichten met een bepaald concept/thema. Helemaal kunnen uitleven met kleuren en materialen om een bepaalde sfeer te laten zien. Wie weet!

Winkeltip Eindhoven : (web)shop Daily Poetry

NL : Hier weer een blog in de categorie Shops I Like. In de Urbanshopper in Eindhoven is een inspirerende plek waar verschillende shop in shops gevestigd zijn. Zo ook Daily Poetry, een webshop voor mooie producten met een verhaal opgericht door Sander en Britt. Zo'n twee weken geleden bezocht ik deze winkel en raakte ik geïnspireerd door de mooie mix aan producten. De stoere metalen kisten die je als salontafel kan gebruiken of je dierbare producten in op kan bergen. Maar ook de super leuke huisjes van Cottagetown van Ontwerpduo en de bamboe hangers zijn super.  Ik kocht de twee kleine Uashmama paperbags die nu een mooi plekje in mijn huis hebben gekregen. In december openen ze een eigen winkel in Den Bosch, ik ben erg benieuwd maar dat wordt vast en zeker een plaatje!

Styling en interieurfotografie voor de catalogus van Zenza

Alweer een tijdje geleden werkte ik aan een ontzettend leuke opdracht. Samen met het team van Zenza heb ik de nieuwe producten voor de catalogus gestyled en gefotografeerd. Een super inspirerende en fijne opdracht. Niet alleen omdat ik kon werken met de mooiste producten en het creëren van een echte Zenza sfeer, maar ook omdat ik kon samenwerken met ontzettend lieve gepassioneerde mensen. Ik ben erg blij met het eindresultaat en het is dan ook super om de foto's online te zien in de catalogus. De plantenhanger van Macramé vond ik zo mooi dat ik die meteen een plekje heb gegeven in mijn huis. Hij past perfect bij de gevlochten plantenhanger die ik uit Aswan heb meegenomen. Maar ook de nieuwe tafellamp kreeg meteen een plekje op het nachtkastje in mijn slaapkamer. Zo zijn er nog veel meer producten waar ik zo een plekje voor zou weten hier thuis. De manden, de spiegels en de lampen... Wat is jouw favoriete Zenza product?

Binnenkijken bij Agata van Rafa-kids in het tijdschrift 101 woonideeën van deze maand

In het tijdschrift 101 woonideeën ( nr.09) van deze maand staat het huis van Agata en haar gezin uit Rotterdam. Ik fotografeerde deze binnenkijker vorig jaar zomer al. Een prachtig huis dat ik binnenkort zeker verder zal uitlichten hier op de blog. De 101 woonideeën ligt nu in de winkel met een uitgebreide reportage over deze woning. Ook de bedden die Agata en haar man ontwerpen voor hun eigen label Rafa-kids worden mooi uitgelicht. Heb jij de 101 woonideeën al in huis?

Styling and interiorphotography for Postercandy

In this blogpost I like to share with you the photo's of a really nice assignment I did for Postercandy.  Postercandy is a website where you can print your own photo's on posters in different sizes. You can simply upload these photo's via your computer, Facebook or Instagram and create your own poster by selecting the photo's in the different squares. You can also choose if you like a black or white background and also the ammount of squares on the poster, this makes the difference in the sizes of the photo's. A really easy and beautiful product what you can made quickly on their new website here.

For this new website I was asked to create images with their Postercandies. The assignment was to show a Postercandy in a various of atmospheres in different places in a home. The most important thing was to let the Postercandy really pop out of the photo and make this a musthave for everyone who sees the photo. This was a nice challenge and I started this assignment with creating some atmospheres in a moodboard from several rooms at two locations (homes) I've found. ( Thank you Anne Britt and Lizzy for your hospitality!). I worked out these atmospheres with colours and themes for the posters. Together with Postercandy we made the final selection of the themes and after the preparations and shopping of some extra styling I was ready for the photoshoot.

In two days I've styled and photographed the images below in different corners like the kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, kidsroom and a bedroom in two houses here in the Netherlands. It's was so much fun to do, especially to work with the theme's and colours in these different corners of a home. Im really happy with the result and it's excited to see my photo's on the new website from Postercandy. Do you also like to make a Postercandy yourself? Goodmorning! Here's a little update from my Instagram pictures of last week. It was a great workweek what hasn't been finished yet. I was on the road for two days, working on a really nice assignment for Postercandy. I was asked to do the styling and photography for 8 different settings on two locations, in Amsterdam and Oss. So I was driving over the dutch highways with a car full of nice stylingproducts and the music from Pharell out of my speakers. Today I will select the photo's, do some editing and then sending them to Postercandy for their new website what will be online soon. Beside this great assignment I also planned some photoshoots for Binti Home Shop. It's really happy everything will be finished soon and I love the colourschemes I'm working with. I can say that it's excited to launch this website soon, really curious what you'll think! Yesterday I received the Flair of this week with the photo's I've made at the colourful home of blogger Nancy ( Nenz.net). Thank you for the sweet words in your latest blogpost Nancy!

So what is your plan for today and this weekend? First I will drink a coffee with my father who will go back to Egypt again :(. After I will do another photography for Binti Home Shop at a location in Leiden and tomorrow as well in Den Haag. And after a week full of driving, styling, photography and working I will spend a good saturdaynight and sunday with friends. Happy Friday!

Family home in Amsterdam for Kid & Coe

Binti Home Blog is a place where I can share my thoughts and inspiration about interior, styling and photography. I try to give you a view in my live as a creative and share all the things I like with you. I get in touch with many people from different countries from brands, websites or magazines. It's such an honour everytime I receive an e-mail from someone because they found my work on the internet and they like what they see on my blog. 

That's also what happaned a little while ago, I was contacted by Kid & Coe, a company based in New York city. They are a vacation rental website focused on familie travels. They show the most beautiful homes in different cities all over the world where you can stay with your family. A really nice concept and it was great to hear when they want to work with me as a photographer. So last month I photographed two homes in Amsterdam which are now  published on this website as an holiday accomodation. Here I show you the first house, you can book your vacation in this home here. 25th birthday

It's my 25th birthday today :) Im not having a big celebration because of these busy days with work and some new exciting projects to come, but will give a party for family and friends this summer (hopefully also to celebrate some exciting news what I can tell later!). Im looking forward to the dinner I will have with my mother tonight in Utrecht. These weeks Im working on different projects, today Im doing the styling and photography for my new Binti Home Shop and also my new project website. I love to work with these beautiful products and the possibility of using my creativity all day. More about the shop and new website soon. Now a little break for this delicious hazelnut pie.. (Yes, that little ballerina girl is me..)

This last week has been a variety of different projects and nice meetings. Last saturday I've photographed the home of Kirsten, Sander and their daughter Livia. It was such an amazing home where I can made many photo's of different corners with beautiful products and stylingideas. // De afgelopen week was ik bezig met verschillende projecten en afspraken. Afgelopen zaterdag heb ik het huis gefotografeerd van Kirsten, Sander en hun dochter Livia. Een prachtig huis waar ik veel foto's heb kunnen maken van verschillende hoekjes met mooie producten en inspirerende stylingideeën.

Interioradvice // interieuradvies
New assignment for an interioradvice for a new buildt home in Purmerend. The floor and kitchen has already been chosen. Now it's my assignment to give an interioradvice in a natural, modern atmosphere with industrial, etnic elements. Important is that the style is a little bit edgy, and avoid a rustic style. // Nieuwe interieuropdracht voor een nieuwbouwhuis in Purmerend. De vloer en keuken zijn al gekozen in een rustige basis. Nu is het mijn taak om een interieuradvies te maken in een moderne natuurlijke sfeer met industriële en etnische invloeden. Wat vooral belangrijk is dat de interieurstijl modern edgy wordt en niet te landelijk. Fijn project om aan te werken.

Interiorphotography in VT Wonen

Can you believe I was really excited when I received the new VT Wonen of this month? It's because the home of Majela and Sidney is featured in this issue, the home I've photographed a little while ago. They published some big photo's and also choose one of my photo's for the small advertising attachment, it's cute right? Ofcourse I'll share some photo's soon, but I guess it's nice to read this homestory first by yourself. Available until 20 february in stores.

Stylish christmas at Accessorize your Home

In Flair magazine of last week you can find the beautiful home from Sandra from Accessorize your Home. This home is a mix of Scandinavian style, modern and dutch influences. I love the natural feeling of this home with the use of wood, green and graphics. Sandra knows exactly what she likes and her personal style at home reflects the style of her webshop as well. She runs her webshop with so much passion and joy and it's a real gift when you receive a package from Sandra at home. So, do you already know what you want for Christmas? Modern and etnic home in the Netherlands

Yesterday it was 5 december, the day where a lot of Dutch families celebrates Sinterklaas, a real Dutch tradition. Some months ago I've photographed the beautiful bright House from Mieke and her two daughters in Hengelo. The publication was last week in Flair magazine so we've done a little bit of Sinterklaas styling. I think the girls loved it, especially the part where they can eat the chocolate letter with their own initials. Mieke restyled this old home with her own ideas. She has chosen another floor, paint everything white, put a modern fireplace and style this house with gorgeous products. The products are a mix from modern, vintage and ethnic influences. I  think this house has a calm and modern atmosphere, a great place to live. I just love the style and personality from Mieke and this definately reflects her home as well. Aesthetic bright home in Amsterdam

The house from Anne Britt and her family was published in Flair last week. I've photographed this house with this gorgeous style last summer. Famous Instagrammer Anne Britt is already wellknown for her dot tablecloth and the great images she shares from her daily life with her family and so sweet little daughter Pearl. Photographing this house was so much fun because of all the beautiful corners. Also Pearl makes me laugh more and more times, she such a sweet and really wise girl! The style of this appartment in Amsterdam is a mix of Scandinavian design, vintage and the use of pastel colours. Because this house is not really big and there's not a lot of storage you can see almost everything you put here. Anne Britt has a creative mind and wants to have products in her home which is functional but aesthetic as well. She moves her furniture a lot, so this living room has been the bedroom before, and the bedroom is now a big bedroom/playroom for little Pearl. In a base of white and grey this family love to spend time together. Thank you Anne Britt for inviting me, it was a lovely day!

Natural living with Bosnian influences

It's already a while ago when I photographed the house of Nermina in Maarssen. This production has been published in the Flair of last week. Nermina lives with her husband and daughter Sara in this natural home. When I first walked into the livingroom I felt totally in love with this open kitchen and the calm atmosphere in this space. The interior has a natural look with a lot of woods, whites and grey tones. I like to see some influences from Nermina's Bosnian roots in her styling. This personal home really reflects the beautiful sophisticated style from Nermina, what she also shares on her Instagram Nerrynr. With her quote 'Les is more' Nermina like to style her home everyday and also blog about this on her blog From tulips with love. I had such a lovely day with Nermina and her sweet daughter Sara, thank you for your hospitality! What's your favourite part of her home?

Im sitting here behind my laptop with above my head some gorgeous lamps from Alex de Witte. I think it's great to sit here between all these beautiful inspiration. Today I will post some photo's from different houses i've photographed yesterday from 101 woonideeën, VT Wonen and Ariadne at home. Also I will share some snapshots from brands you definately have to visit this week if you will visit the Woonbeurs.

Hij is uit! De nieuwste 101 woonideeën met daarin een binnenkijker reportage die ik heb gefotografeerd. Je kan in dit nummer binnenkijken in het lichte en frisse huis van Miranda van LekkerFris in Harderwijk. De fotografie dag was erg gezellig en vol inspiratie, want Miranda heeft ook een interieurblog. Ik ben erg blij met deze productie en benieuwd wat jullie ervan vinden. Om de beelden goed te bekijken en het leuke interview te lezen, de 101woonideeen juli 2013, ligt nog in de winkel! :)

Maand mei visueel met Instagram

De maand mei is bijna afgelopen en daarom hier een overzicht van Instagram. Op Instagram geef ik een kijkje achter de schermen tijdens de projecten die ik doe met Binti Home. Ik ben sinds vorige maand 100% zelfstandig ondernemer en dat voelt heel goed! Zie hieronder wat ik afgelopen maand heb gedaan.

Wat is Instagram een heerlijke uitvinding, ik ben fan! Een fijne app om je dagelijkse inspiratie te delen met alleen maar beeld! De afgelopen weken ben ik iets minder vaak te vinden op mijn blog omdat ik met nieuwe dingen bezig ben. Zo ben ik vorige week verhuisd naar een nieuwe werkplek, een plek waar ik plannen die ik al langer had, nu ook echt kan gaan realiseren. Bij deze plannen hoort een ontzettend leuk nieuw project waar ik meteen mee wil starten maar nog wat voorbereiding nodig heeft. Ik ben erg enthousiast en kan niet wachten om het met jullie te delen. Voor nu wat inspiratie van instagram van de afgelopen dagen. Zo was ik gister op de Mediaparade bij Sanoma om een hele inspirerende trendlezing bij te wonen van Christine Boland, wat een inspiratie! Ook volgde ik een interessante lezing van Gemma Fletcher van het creatieve team van Getty Images. Binnenkijker Zeist in Wonen Landelijke Stijl 2013

Vorig jaar zomer fotografeerde ik de prachtige woning van Rob & Hanneke in Zeist. Het huis hebben ze helemaal zelf laten bouwen naar hun eigen wensen en smaak. Hanneke houd van stylen en veranderd het interieur daarom vaak met nieuwe accessoires, andere kleuren of een toevoeging van nieuwe meubels. Een sfeervol, warm en persoonlijk interieur waar Rob & Hanneke met hun drie kinderen wonen. Ik ben erg blij met de productie, de woning is mooi uitgelicht. Ik ben benieuwd wat jij ervan vindt?
